Frustrated, abusing her boss n her ex-boyfriend, cursing her life, she was walking..
And there came a child, begging for a coin.. She gave him a ten rupee note, something much lesser than 1% of her salary...
It brought a smile on his face, and she asked herself , "Am I really unlucky?"
P.S. This is my first attempt to write a 55 fiction blog, a really short story that says a lot..
Next blog soon !!

Keep up the good work Sonia:)
Nice one, shows the negativity and bitterness after a fight quite aptly.
Cheers,

Good work..
We never realize how lucky we are..
We jus keep blaming our misfortune..
Wow this sure makes me feel better about my crappy life. Oh wait, not it doesn't. My life is still crappy, and so is that little foreign kid's. I feel depressed for both of us now.
Thanks for that story. Gives readers food for thought. We should all be grateful for our lot in life.
Keep up the good work

Yeah.. we never realize how lucky we are..

Its not only the bitterness after a fight, its the bitterness of cribbing about things that we think we are missing n not realizing that we are way luckier than what we think !
Cheers !!

Well..think about it,if you do have the luxury to have your own laptop n to read n comment on blogs.. i guess, your life can never be as crappy as the foreign kid's life..
Yes, Sonia,we really never know how much we are blessed. All of the worldly things are worth absolutely nothing. They are only temporary fixes!
Yesterday means nothing, tomorrow may never come for us, so all we have is today! Live it to the fullest, love your fellow man just like you, yourself, would like to be loved.
PS:
I just redid my page here today. I Blog at Newsvine, under Charlie Courtois,at WordPress, at two Blogs: The Power of the Word, and All Things Employment.
